Are online orders applied toward a seller's prize credit?
Yes! Orders placed online, before the school/organization collects their paper order forms, are applied toward the seller's prize level if applicable.
Please know that orders placed after the school/organization collects their paper order forms do not apply to a seller's prize credit.


If my online order is placed after the order forms have been collected, will the school/organization still earn profit on it?
Yes! If your school/organization has opted to leave the online store open, then online orders can be placed any time before December 31st for a Fall fundraiser or June 30th for a Spring fundraiser, and the school/organization will still earn their profit on the item(s) sold.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders fulfilled by Cherry USA generally ship from our MN facility within 1-5 business days of order placement, and received shortly thereafter, dependent upon your location. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
A UPS or USPS tracking number is sent to the email address used when placing the order, and can be used to track the progress of your package.
*Please Note: Chocolate is heat sensitive and shipped as weather permits.

How are orders shipped?
All standard orders are shipped via UPS and/or USPS to the 48 contiguous states.

Some fundraisers will include a Ship to School option, which means orders can be delivered to the school/organization on their designated delivery date and the student participating will deliver to you upon receipt.
Please Note: The Ship to School option is not available for every fundraiser/seller.

Are there any shipping charges?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $100.00 or more!
For orders less than $100.00, standard shipping rates apply. You are able to view shipping charges on the 'Check-out' screen before you submit your order.

If I placed an order that will ship to the school, how long will it take to receive?
Ship to School orders are shipped to the school/organization on their scheduled delivery date. Please note that this date may be several weeks from the time you place your online order. The student participating would deliver your Ship to School order(s) to you upon receipt.
If you would like your order shipped immediately, please place a standard online order and we will ship via UPS/USPS to the address you enter.

Can I have my order shipped somewhere outside of the United States?
Currently we ship only to the 48 contiguous states.
We are presently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, some APO addresses and internationally.

What are my payment options?
Online orders are payable by credit card.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.


How do online donations work?
Simply add an online donation to your Shopping Cart, and the total will be added to your online order.
The school/organization you are supporting receives 80% profit of your online donation, and the activity is included in the report package provided by Cherry USA at the end of the school/organization's fundraiser. If the school/organization selected our prize program, each $25 donated counts as one item sold toward the seller's prize level.
If you would prefer that the school/organization receive 100% of your donation, please donate directly or via a seller's paper order form. Cherry USA does not track direct donations or apply those donations towards prizes.

How can I order Frozen Food items online?
If the school/organization you are supporting has chosen a Frozen Food program, you may be able to order Frozen Food online for shipment to the school/organization on their designated delivery date. This is called a Ship to School order, and the student participating will deliver the product to you upon receipt.
If this option is available to you, a category titled "Delicious Frozen Foods" will be present on the left hand side of the online store.

I would like to order a magazine subscription - what do I need to know?
We have recently updated this product line!
Magazines are available for purchase only through our online shopping site.
Your order is directly transmitted to the publisher for fulfillment as soon as you click submit. Questions for this type of order should be directed to the publisher. Contact information for the publisher can be found on the product detail of the online store.

Magazine subscriptions are fulfilled by the magazine publisher, and Cherry USA has very limited ability to assist the customer directly. It is best to utilize the contact information provided for assistance with magazine subscriptions.

Cherry USA is no longer participating in the Magazine Voucher program, and magazines are not available for purchase on a seller's paper order form.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for your subscription to start.



How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after you submit your order. Please note that sometimes the confirmation email is filtered into your Spam or Junk folder(s).

How can I track the progress of my online order?
As soon as your online order ships from Cherry USA, a Tracking Number is sent to the email address used when placing the order.
Presently, Cherry USA is unable to provide a method of tracking the order prior to shipment. Please feel free to email 
info@CherryUSA.com or call 651-337-2592 if you would like information on a pending order. This is an area we are looking to improve in the near future!


What if I move, or am in the middle of moving?
1. If your order has already been placed, please send an EMAIL to 
info@CherryUSA.com providing your name, order number and new address. We will do our best to update the address on your order before it ships!
2. The safest alternative, if you know a move is coming, would be to enter a shipping address other than your home address upon order placement which would be available to you.

What do I do if I want to cancel an online order?
You may cancel an online order within 12 hours of order placement by emailing 
info@CherryUSA.com or calling 651-337-2592.  We usually ship out by the next business day!

Orders that have already shipped are non-cancellable.


What type of guarantee do you offer?
All of the products fulfilled by Cherry USA are 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or receive a damaged item from Cherry USA, it will be replaced or your purchase price will be refunded.

info@CherryUSA.com.
Please know that magazine subscriptions and other online only items are not fulfilled by Cherry USA directly.
